AKLT – this group shows how the software has performed during testing it with AntiKeyLogger Tester 3.0 made by Guilaume Kaddouch
- Get Key State – this test uses the Get Key State() Windows API to monitor your keyboard. This function is polled every 10ms and returns back the current pushed keystroke. No hooks are created.
- Get Async Key State – this test uses the Get Key State() Windows API to monitor your keyboard. This function is polled every 10ms and returns back the last pushed keystroke (less error prone than the first method). No hooks are created.
- Get Keyboard State – this test uses the Get Key State() and Attach ThreadInput() Windows APIs to monitor your keyboard. This function is polled every 10ms and returns back the pushed keystroke of the current window which has the focus. No hooks are created.
- Direct X – this test uses DirectX (7.x or greater) to read your keyboard state.
- Low Level Hook – this test uses the well known SetWindowsHookEx() API with the WH_KEYBOARD_LL parameter to create a Low Level Keyboard Hook. This hook does not require any DLL, therefore no DLL is injected into other processes.
- Journal Record Hook – this test uses the well known SetWindowsHookEx() API with the WH_JOURNALRECORD parameter to create a Journal Record Hook. This hook does not require any DLL, therefore no DLL is injected into other processes.
- Get Raw Input Data – this test uses the GetRawInputData() API to receive all Keyboard Raw Data, without polling.
- Screenshot 1 – this test is pushing the keyboard ‘Print Screen’ keystroke by using the keyb_event() API
- Screenshot 2 – this test is using alternative APIs to take a screenshot, e.g. CreateDC() and BitBlt()
